1. Why is the trailer not playing?

To view the trailer you need the Quicktime Player.A recent Version is available here. The size of the trailer is about 10mb. A really slow connection might be problematic.

2. Why are there different formats available?

It is our intention to supply you with a superior image quality, that is compatible and still has a decent download-time. DivX: The Divx format is our standard download. We chose DivX, because it has the best image quality at a small size. With a Divx compatible DVD player it is also possible to play the files on your TV. DivX HD: The Films are also available in DivX HD. The image quality is brilliant. The download-time is about tripple the download-time of regular DivX. DVD-Folder: The third download option is the DVD-Folder structure. ATTENTION: Download-time is about 5 times as long as regular DivX. The DVD-Folder can be burnt directly on DVD and played with any DVD-player.

3. Why has the downloaded file the postfix *.rar or *.zip?

For optimal file transfer all films are packed into an archive. They can be easily extracted using an archive programme likeWinRAR.

4. Which programme do I need to play Divx files?

DivX Files are best played with the VLC-Player. When using MAC, the Quciktime player is also capable of playing DivX files. Many DVD player support Divx files. Simply burn the file onto a CD or DVD.

5. How can I pay for the films?

Payment of our films is possible using PAYPAL. Paypal is a very secure payment method in the internet. Another big advantage for You is the possiblity to download the film right after paying.

6. How long can I watch the films?

As soon You finished the download You can watch the the film as often as You like. It´s your personal copy now. Public and commercial screenings are not allowed.

7. What happens if the download is interrupted?

8. How long is the download-time?
